Love has taken a turn down a dark alley.
It waits to have brightness shine upon it again.
Can you be worthy to offer the sacrifice of baring yourself
to keep love burning strong even when the world turns
without pause or concern for what you’ve given?
It’s possible of no reward, yet if you look for such,
then love’s brightness diminishes to ever lower dullness.
