For Sale: Like New Small Red Giant SCR 2

I broke my Giant LTD earlier in the year and bought a small red Giant SCR 2 to help determine whether I wanted a road bike or hybrid to upgrade to. Eventually, I decided upon a Masi Caffe Racer Dopio hybrid, for my commuting to school, traveling Taiwan and keeping up with locals. As I’ve got 3 other bikes in the house, I want to sell what I’m not needing.
I’ve ridden the SCR less than a dozen times, easily under a few hundred kilometers. Despite the few rides, I’ve put on brand new tires, brakes and non-clipless pedals. It also has an ergonomic handlebar, two black bottle cages and a Cateye Astrale speedometer with cadence sensor mounted. The headstem is 90mm.
The Linkou Giant shop I bought the bike from has cleaned up the SCR and tuned it. They recommend a selling price of 14,000 NT. The bike is located in Linkou, just south of Taipei off freeway 1.
