I’ve been blessed to travel the paths taken.
Not many plans were made,
a few wrong turns done.
Nothing can distract from the wonder,
of the eleven by my mate.
For every year,
much love and affection sound out.
A moment together,
forever precarious,
not to be used in spite.
Bring cold or hot,
didn’t diminish the flame
of our being meant.
