Help, what kind of dog is La Tigerissimo?

Looks like a small part pug and a large part one of those bigger long-haired dogs that I do not know the name of the breed. Pugs are usually very sweet personalities, was this one?

La Tigerrissimo is very friendly. He was already been quite old when it was left nearby years ago.

I think the dog is chow and pug. That is a guess. Glad he has a good home now.
