Come ride the NeverStop Challenge Topeak 200K with me on September 26, 2009. It’s 200k over fairly moderate hills, none looking to be more than a 100 meters at a time.
We’ve got 13.5 hours to complete the ride. That’s only
14.9 kph, that’s a good bit under my biking while sleeping rate. My goal is to train for doing the 200k within 8 hours by riding the flats with 33kph and hills at 20kph averages.
