Typhoon Morakot: Michael Turton & I get involved
Michael Turton and I headed past Tainan to help with Typhoon Marokot recovery efforts Thursday and Friday. The long story, short is that we delivered over 30,000 NT ($900 US) in donations as cleaning supplies to the Hsinying and Pingting distribution centers.
Furthermore we helped with delivering food stock and raising morale where we went. The locals were extremely happy that a couple of foreigners would show up and help.
