Beautiful country. I am amazed by the lack of litter that people in this country make due to their lack of respect for themselves, other people, and our country. Apple cake looked delicious.

Thank you for the compliments. Friday was a great day for riding, it was beautiful and no bad moments at all to deal with. We prefer Italian cakes, but that’s a very full day ride just to get half-way. So we’re going close for now.

I like the countryside there. It looks very clean and not littered like ours. The cakes look fantastic. I had a girlfriend from Germany years ago and she baked cakes that looked like a couple of those. They were almost as light as air.
