Life in Taiwan: Week of December 21, 2009
Christmas Eve found Peichi and I in Dahu-大湖 for picking strawberries-草莓. Each farm seemed to have a specialty. Our favorite were large, fragrant strawberries grown on raised beds. Merry Christmas. For Christmas we stayed quiet till heading over to some friends place for baking and decorating gingerbread cookies.

Time for testing new road bikes, buying new winter biking clothes, baking Christmas cookies and opening gift packs of mother’s love and treats from the US.
