Letter of Recommendation

1 Dec 98

MEMORANDUM FOR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

FROM: TIMOTHY W. REARICH

SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation

With honor, I am pleased to make a recommendation for employment for Michael L. Cannon. I have known Michael for 3 years. He has worked for me at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada and at Osan Air Base, Korea.

At Nellis, Michael worked for me on two different occasions while temporally assigned from his home station. As an emergency response team member deployed is support of Red Flag, a multinational air combat exercise, he personally responded to over 20 aircraft and munitions emergencies. His superb efforts ensured no aircraft flights were delayed and areas effected by the emergencies returned to normal operations in minimal time. He also worked for me on an extremely hazardous operation clearing submunitions. He constantly identified areas where time could be saved and how the operation could be done safer. He was a great asset to ensure these operations were completed on time and safely.

Michael was my Resource and Procurement Manager at Osan, a position normally given to a person with more time in service and rank. He executed our funds in a frugal manner always on the watch for a “better deal.” He was also responsible for over 1000 munitions items requiring constant tracking. He completed all duties flawlessly.

I highly recommend Michael as an employee you should hire. If I can be of any further help, please let me know. My e-mail address is deleted. I can be reached at 1-702-deleted.
